Manulife House, located at 900 De Maisonneuve Boulevard West in downtown Montreal, is a building completed in 2017. Developed by Ivanhoé Cambridge, Manulife House is a Class AAA office building that required an investment of $225 million. This real estate project is part of Ivanhoé Cambridge’s CA$1 billion urban development plan, which aims to breathe new life into downtown Montreal. The tower was designed by the architectural firm Menkès Shooner Dagenais LeTourneux. Revenco was responsible for all electrical work.
