Project HEC – Montreal

This new nine-level concrete structure with a total floor area of 23,000 square meters will be built on a portion of the land adjacent to St. Patrick’s Basilica, between Beaver Hall Hill and St. Alexandre Street. The façade and main entrance will border Gauchetière Street, and a corridor will also provide access from René-Lévesque Boulevard. 

Construction of the new HEC Montréal building has progressed rapidly in 2021: the building’s structure has been erected, the exterior envelope has been largely completed, and mechanical, electrical, and finishing work is well underway. The target opening date remains set for fall 2022.
