The building will occupy an area of 20,000 square meters, equivalent to approximately 10.5 soccer fields. With a total investment of $171.8 million, this new large-scale building is part of the new generation of schools.
The new high school, which will be the first located west of Highway 15, will welcome 1,256 students in grades 7 through 11 starting in the fall of 2023. They will be divided into 48 groups, including 40 regular classes and 8 specialized classes. Preparatory work began a few months ago. Construction of the school will begin during the summer.
