The project involves the construction of a 31,000 m² research complex, which will include 80 new multidisciplinary laboratories as well as office and storage space. Built to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver standards, the new facility will bring together nearly 500 defense scientists in a highly functional, state-of-the-art research and development building.
