Located on the island of Montreal with direct access to Autoroute 40, the Montreal III data center covers an area of 3 hectares and is close to the Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau airport in Dorval. When fully deployed, it will feature 30 MW of computing capacity within a single-story building with two 15 MW data modules, each offering an average density of 428 W/SF. The data center will offer nearly 100% renewable energy provided by Hydro-Québec with the opening of the first phase in December 2022.
